thanks, I do have the owners manual but it doesn't tell you what body panels have to come off, I'll start removing screws and playing around with it today.

Hello all,

Well I have also been looking for the shop/service manual for the Super 8 150, have gone to my dealership's parts department, they called around and said it is not available.  Checked out the Internet, nothing.  Last ditch effort was to write Kymco Headquarters down South, that was about 2 months ago, nothing heard.  Wonder what the dealerships use for servicing.

I posted recently that I e-mailed Kymco on how to get a service manual for my S200. I got a prompt reply saying they are available through the dealer. I ordered one through the dealer and got it in one week. Try Kymco again.
