Yes it does.

But i have another order....

1)  vent
2)  kickstart
2)  orig washer
3)  nut

Where to put it?

Between 1 and 2?

...the malossi should "fit" exactly as your original variator...

..the variator you bought will fit other makes of scoots also...

..if the nut will tighten everything against the washer, and variator assembly, with some threads still protruding out past the nut, then you don't need it on your scoot..

..everything MUST be installed in the order that the pic shows...you may or may not need the adapter...i can't say without seeing how you have it all on your scoot...

..maybe somebody else here has installed that variator on the A125...

Will take pic today...

Hub is just shorter for the size of 5mm (size of extra washer)...

Its original for Kymco People, Movie and Agility...dont know why Malossi would put it in kit if i dont need it...

Only problem is Why this model is not in manual, so all pic there include that on page 9 at the bottom are pretty different from real Kymco...

Blame on them coz is that they change rollers from 10,5 to 11,5g and they didnt go extra mile to explane where to put fck spacer...
And this stupidity can cause much damage to shaft...

Tnx wordslinger;

on far left/right is malossi, and inner side is serial....

Ive put washer/spacer/adapter on kick and then original washer...seems to me that this is wright...

Now 11.5g roller on 125cc is a bit low (50cc sound)....need something like 13g....

Scoot is to 80kph like rocket and then slows down....need to test it more...

...mario, is there a difference in the moving pulley's ramps??

..what i am talking about, is th "tracks" that the rollers ride in...

.. are the arcs of the tracks the same from the center to the outter edges?

..just wondering...  ;D

Solved this, malossi spacer come before multivar....

changed 11,5g rollers to 13g...

also change belt to Dayco 800x30....no more bouncy start...

I know this topic is old, but I have the same problem with my Agility 50.. What do you mean the spacer before multvar? Isnt that the name of the variator?

think thats not spacer, its just gear/speed limitator for 50cc..... u dont need that?

multivar has some kind of problem with materials used in some scooters so that washer/spaser comes before multivar.... to protect!
