Hi everyone! I just installed the givi windshield on my scoot and am getting this very annoying rattle when i hit any bumps. Has anyone had this trouble or know what it could be??

Mine is fine. I think there is a little more noise over bumps than with the stock shield, but nothing to XCITING. I would pop everything off to make sure that everything is seated against each other. Meaning no gap's. And make sure your black plastic cover is snapped back into place correctly. If not it could rattle pretty bad. Sissy Wussy, sorry, I mean sissy mary. Kiss

No first-hand experience here but what sissy says makes sense.  Maybe you're getting more reflected noise from things like keys jiggling in the ignition, glove box, etc.  Hope that's all it is but hope you find the source either way.

Look at the left side of the black plastic trim piece and see if it is out of the snap clip and loose. If it is you may need to trim the left corner of the Givi windshield where it is suppose to fit around a section of the black piece the windshield mounts to. I had to trim mine so the trim piece would stay put. A couple swipes with a rotary tool equipped with a small sanding drum, after marking and removing the windshield is all it takes.
Gotta give credit, I learned the fix from Tom (TeamTeor).

yeah, I had to do what msgphil said.  Trimmed just a little so it fit better and it's ok now.  It was bit bit annoying beforehand.

Good to hear you got it cured. The GIVI was made to fit the 2005 U.S. model, there is a slight difference in the later models but, as far as I know, GIVI has never modified the windshield. Easy fix though and it's a mighty fine, great big wind blocking windshield.
