Title: Federal Offense on my GTi?

This past week's exciting scooter moment happened as I was leaving town the other day and near no body of water. A large bird heading in my direction swooped down maybe 20 feet in front of me to grab a dead bunny off the road and realized a scooter was about to run into it. It dropped the bunny fortunately not in my path rose hard and banked left. At first I thought just another vulture which wouldn't be the first near miss but the tail was white and I turned to look back and the head was white too! I suspect hitting a Bald Eagle wouldn't have been good for either of us!

What a close call. Good scooter action!  You certainly don't want to be hitting protected and endangered species, especially those that are our national symbol!
