Just curious what kind of mileage you guys are getting with stock super 9s.
I drive a 100% stock 2004 LC S9 with 8,xxxkm and according to fuelly my overall average is ~50mpg. I have only recently (2012) started to track fuel mileage and I thought I remember reading somewhere that the stock S9s should see closer to 60-70mpg. BTW, I weigh ~116lbs
The scoot seems to run fine. It always starts within .5 sec of pushing the button, there isn't any notable bogging or sloppy running and it idles at ~1800rpm. I would consider my driving style conservative 85%-90% of the time and my cruising rpm range is 5k-7500, rarely do I rev it above that unless I'm trying to merge quickly on a busy road or get out of the way of a crazy driver.
Just wondering what everyone else is getting and how my mileage compares.
Here's my fuelly record for it....

I dont keep the best track but I get about 50 mpg. Depends on if its derestricted, how hard you accelerate, and if you have a lot of hills to go up.

My 2004 LC Super 9 is also stock and the average fuel mileage is probably around 50 mpg. The scoot has the potential to get 60 mpg, but there's always certain roads where I'm going top speed (45 mph+) for a while. This usually brings the mileage down. Even though I'm a conservative driver.
From what I've seen, the stock Super 9 does not get very good mileage, and the modified ones are way worse.
My Yager 200 (which can go 60-68 mph) consistently gets 80 to 90 mpg from its 4 stroke engine. Go figure!

Ok cool, sounds like I'm about on par. I'll try experimenting with different routes on my commute to work and see what I can eek out of it.

They dont get good gas mileage, but they sure got some power for a 50cc.

2002 derestricted super 9lc. Only mod, yellow Contra spring. 62mpg religiously for years at 50mph(8,000+rpm) 25 miles each way to work. When I drive it conservatively, and kept her at 40mph or less, I would see mpgs in the high 70's. Just hit 25,000kms on her.
