Title: Changing the horn

Hey, my next project is gonna be changing the horn to something louder. Does anyone have any experience with this? I'm looking for a horn that will fit in the People 300. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

I put an Harbor Freight "WOLO" horn on my DT300i. Ran a wire with a blade fuse directly to the battery and used the relay supplied. The biggest part of the project is removing plastic to get at the horn location. I have no experience with the People but should be similar. The Wolo is quite a bit larger but you should be able to do it. I even got one in my wife's Like. Yes, they DO need a louder horn!

Yeah harbor freight makes great cheap horns. I had one of there oooga horns, old model T sound, if someone was about to pull out in front of me it would literally scare them!! I think it was $13 on sale.
