Just wondering how many miles you all put on per year.
On my currant pace I'll put just shy of 24,000 miles on the three scoots total. At one point it looked like it would be closer to 30k but health slowed me down.
How bout you

I would say I put about 2.5 to 3000.00 a year maybe more my scoot is the only way for me to get around.
-
i AVERAGE 10,000 MILES A YEAR, AND IT RUNS BETTER EVERY YEAR 2011 downtown
-
20 per day/365... 7,000 ish...
-
12,000 to 18000 per year between my two scooters. As of this morning I've ridden 8048 miles since May 8th.
-
For me, I would say it is about 6,000 miles a year. If not for having the car, it most likely would be 8,000 to 12,000 miles a year.
-
Averaged 500 per month over 12 mos = 6,000 miles on the LIKE200i
Have averaged 800 miles per month for 3.5 mos = 2,800 on the Forza
Have 9,800 miles since I took up scooter ownership the spring of 2013.
Have no idea how many days were lost to Ohio winter roads last winter.....but I rode every day the roads were safe, temps notwithstanding.
Looks like the Forza will be gaining miles at a faster rate than the LIKE.
I go further - and about 10mph faster - on the Forza279 than the LIKE163.
I sold my 300yr old VW before buying a scooter - but have my wife's new Scion xB (Consumer Report's: "America's most reliable new car") and a 'sometimes' and distant city bus as back up.

I just crossed 4k miles today on my Like. I purchased it on March 8th.

Its hard to tell since I've switched and traded up several times in 2 1/2 to three years. My old 50 i put 4500 in a year. That was hard earned. Between my old Like and my People GT Ive done roughly 8,000. Everytime I bump up in size I extend my range and put more miles on than the last one.

Exactly. I have no plans to buy a bigger scooter - but if I did there is only (for me) the Silver Wing. Then I'd probably ship it to Europe and hit the road with my wife.
Bigger scoot = longer trips for me.

Only about 9,000+- total, on one bike and two scooter's.
I work usually 6 days per week, roughly 10 hours plus per day. Church on Sunday. This doesn't leave much time to ride unfortunately.

You gotta fix that Sam. Live to ride. ;D

I have two problems with getting a total for my riding:
1. I have split my miles between two bikes (first one was totaled by drunk) and I haven't added up the mileage from both bikes; and
2. Although I ride almost everyday, my commute is only about 6 miles per day to school and back. I do try my best to add up a lot more miles during the summer, though.
I'd guess my yearly average is about 3000-ish miles. But I get to retire in 3 years, and then the miles will really pile up - I can't wait!
-
I got roughly 10,000 km on my B&W this year. The first half of the year is trying to figure out cooling system issues, next year i could see 20,000km depending on trips and if there are any more problems with her!
-
First year riding so I only got about 1700 miles. Hoping to triple that next year though!
-
I have no idea, it's been a rough year for me. Next year on the commute only I should put at least 25,750 KM (16,000) miles if all goes according to plan. My goal for 2015 is 32,187 KM or 20,000 miles. 8) ;D
-
This year only on pace to hit about 15k miles on my 300gti but working through gear box issues hurt. But father forgive me for I have sinned. I bought a 99 Mazda Miata to use as a back up to scoot but must confess it may be more fun to drive through the twisties than riding the scoot is. 8)
