Title: Touch up paint
Post by: Tallahassee granddad. on May 31, 2015, 08:28:19 PM
I have a People 200 S that needs some small touch up paint jobs. It is metallic electric blue. Local dealer says they don't carry such. Any ideas? I love my scooter and am new to the forum. I wish my seat height was about 2 inches lower. Any ideas on that modification?

Auto parts stores carry touch up paint, match it best you can. On the seat you can remove an inch or 2 of the foam under the cover, do it your self or have a pro do it. Maybe there's a lower profile tire that might work for ya. That's a ? I'd be interested in knowing the answer for. A tire that fits and not affect performance/safety.

Try your local automotive paint store. If you have a sample of the color, they put it under a machine that will give them a analysis of the color. Then they can duplicate it with touch-up or spray can.
