Title: Whitch cabel do i need to cut, to remove the CDI restriction

My scooter wont go faster than 55km/h that's 34 mph, and when I'm going uphill it looses much of the power, so i want to cut the CDI rev wire to make it faster. The scooter is stock, i haven't changed anything on it. So question is, witch wire needs to be cut so that the CDI doesn't get rev information?

Andy, you only need to post in one place. We'll get it. Either in a scoot category or technical for this one. What kind of scoot?
