Thought i should let yall know that i sold the 2013 Kymco Agility 50 for $900 and bought a...................2014 Kawasaki Ninja 650 with 3K miles for $5500 (Matte black/grey). I think its derestricted 8) Has fender eliminator kit, led brake light with intergrated turn signals, and 2 strips of led lights going down both sides of swingarm as well as lights by the engine. Its fast!! Almost too fast hehe. But thought id let u kno. ;D

is it ABS ? a 650 is a nice size bike, I had a SV650 prior to my V-strom 1000, it took me everywhere I wanted to go and then some, you will be able to out accelerate all but the fastest cars, but If you start doing long distance riding like I did, while it will keep up with any flow of traffic all day long, it will be wound up, I found 1000cc to be more relaxing on the throttle

A 650 will be wound up?
Talladega?
Some of us feel that anything over 500 is a waste unless you're pulling a double-wide or tree stumps.:-)
Stig
"some of us..." But not many, I suspect. Not in the States.

Congrats on the new bike. I have a Versys 650 which uses the same motor. Plenty of power for anything you may want to do except maybe ride the bonneville salt flats.

You bought 4 wheels, this is a 2wheel forum....................nice rides.

when compared to a 1000cc or larger, makes a difference of comfort and endurance when long distance riding (IBA type)

Its non abs.

And Stig, for my purpose, i agree. I may ride it until the all new re-designed 2016 Honda cbr500r comes out. Its to be revealed tomorrow!!! But the cbr500r, imo, is perfect! ninja 650, 40-45mpg, cbr500r 60-70, both have same tank size. And from what i heard, the cbr500r is alot smoother and has a slightly nicer fit & finish? IDK?
