It's on the level!  Heinen's is located in Minnesota and I bought a Downtown 300i in August for $2999.  OTD was around $3200.  They ship scooters across the country to people that purchase from them.  Some members here have bought shipped Kymco's from them.  http://www.heinenmotorsports.com/sales.html (http://www.heinenmotorsports.com/sales.html)

I had a good buying experience!

It's the same dealer I posted about in the xciting 700i (MyRoad) part of the Big Bore section.  A 2014 Kymco myroad 700i $5999 plus $225 in dealer fees.
$6224 OTD isn't bad for a Brand New MyRoad 700i.  When I checked shipping to Las Vegas it was going to run around $550 with U-ship.

Ride safe,

Doc

I bought my new GT 300 from them in May and it was only $400 shipping to Phoenix Az. They set up shipping for me so I didn't have to do anything. Worked out nice.

Bought my Burgman from an internet deal, with a reputable dealer.  Free delivery, from 100 miles worked into the sale. New old stock, but of course with full manufacturer warranty.
Started with a special internet advertised price, then used phone and e-mails to complete the purchase.
Worked well for me, including 3 auto purchases over the last decade. You don't have to buy from a distance, but it is handy to have 3 or so in the mix....when negotiating best price from a local dealership. If they can sell it for that price, he can to.....when pressed a bit!
