I own a Frost and I've been riding it anywhere and everywhere. Is it healthy for the bike to be redlining? I'm pushing it pretty hard. It relines around the +100kph mark. I get little paranoid so I intentionally slow down.

Does a Frost have a tachometer? Don't worry if it is a 50cc. Be increasingly cautious the bigger the engine.

Yes it has a tachometer. It's a 200cc

300i downtown what would be the red line on it peak torque is at 6500 rpm. hp. at 8000 rpm , with no mention of over revving, of coarse at 8000 rpm you are pushing 95 mph.

I'm just curious if it's unhealthy to redline
-
The red line on a tach means do not exceed.

If the Frost is the Yager GT 200i here in the states, then it’s 175cc. The 200 in the name is just BS from Kymco. I would take mine up to 60 - 65 mph depending on the terrain and redline it just a little, and for short periods of time. If the bike is in good shape -- tires properly inflated, and not overloaded, it should get you to 60 and ride the line.
That was my experience with my former bike.

62 to 64 mph at redline (8000) rpm for me. 72 mph at (9200) rpm.
My CELP will start flashing if I get close to redline.
Exceeding redline for a longer duration will start throwing overrev and cylinder temp codes.

The faster you go, the shorter its life will be. High rpms wear a lot faster. At 10,000rpm my Kymco variator exploded and took out my crankcase.

I rode my Yager for about 5 years doing 60 mph on a daily biases. This was commuting 20- 30 minutes a day 5-6 days a week. I’d hit 60 for a few minutes during my commute and my bike was in excellent shape with no problems in engine department. I’d still be riding it if not for my crash back in May. I took it from Jersey into Pennsylvania a few times for an hour commute doing 60-65 on average for about 30 - 40 minutes tops. Even ventured down into Delaware on my way back home. Not a single problem.
It’s a well designed bike. My crossing over into the redline was on the lower end of the range. Anything higher and I’d ease off the throttle.
