Title: Oil Change?
Post by: coldo121 on April 11, 2008, 03:12:46 AM
Hi,

Ive recently bought a used Agility 125 and was wondering that during an oil change, where do you add the new oil, do you pour it down the same hole as the dipstick or is there another place where you add the new oil to the engine. I never recived an owners manual with the bike and i dont intend on paying the £30 quoted for a new one although i did download a PDF manual from the main Kymco website which doesnt state where your supposed to add the fresh engine oil.

That's the ticket.  :)  Get a long, skinny funnel ahead of time.

Just remember: It can only hold about 0.9L on a change, so monitor that, closely. Don't overfill. Better to have to add a bit the next day.

If you need a gear oil change "tutorial," you could do worse than mine (http://kymcojones.blogspot.com/2007/06/first-scheduled-maintenance-day.html), I reckon.
