Are you saying that the stage 6 gears don't work, or neither the stage 6 or malossi don't work? Someone was selling some malossi gears on 49ccscoot forums, or here is a link http://www.provoscooter.com/malossi-primary-gears-htq-z-15-44-kymco-super-9-lc.html
Hope you have someone to press them for you lol. That's what's stopping me.

And what's your port durations? I'm interested in comparing them to mine. I'm considering altering one of the cylinders I have to see what I can get it to do.

One more and, I'm going to probably be doing my crank bearings soon, you didn't try the crank and stage 6 kit that you posted?

Good luck with the taller gears. I have the same kit, but haven't tried to install it yet, so don't know?
I also got the kit advertised for People 50 2T, Malossi 6711055 and it doesn't work. I pulled the gear cover to have a look see. It was pretty obvious it wouldn't work, after installed the gears wouldn't touch by 1/2". Bummer.

Yo bro just email for pics and porting tips but its not sh** to do ..
Its mainly rounding off the intake so air flows thru .
Then make sure you buff the exhaust to a mirror shine ..

Yeah, I've got no problems with that, case matching and such. Just curious of what more I could squeeze out of the malossi.

Those bars look nice!

Yeah, that's a common mistake, even the stock gears are different between the lc and AC, from what I understand.

Yea cause ac bike has drum brakes shorter shaft
-
Didn't someone post here or on 49ccscoot.com you can change out Ac final for LC final and get more out of it on Super9?
-
I think Amish was wanting to get some lc gears, but maybe the ones for the non output shaft. I'm not sure. There's been plenty of confusion with that around.
