Title: This appears to be a really good forum
Post by: pahillbillybear on January 06, 2010, 04:27:52 AM
Same as my title.  This appears to be a good forum with really good people.  I e-mailed the company the other day and told them I thought their dealer search leaves much to be desired.  I know where my local dealer is located.  But what if I were running across an unfamiliar state and had a malfunction that required warranty work?  The search requires that I enter a zip code.  Well, that is no problem.  But it only gives me dealers in that zip code.  The alternative is to list a city AND state.  It doesn't tell me the dealer closest to the city, nor does it tell me if a dealer is in that state.  It only tells me if a dealer is located in that city.  Any ideas?

I use this web site to enter city and state to get a zip code.  It's more work but works. http://zip4.usps.com/zip4/citytown.jsp (http://zip4.usps.com/zip4/citytown.jsp)

Would be better to have dealers listed by state and city...
