also does it have to be a certain size for my 07 agility ?? thanks .. :)

That is one part I would suggest Ebay for. I got my K&N TYPE filter for $9.99 shipped. They will offer them by cc sizes. You may need to adapt some of your old air box parts, but no biggie.

I ordered the one for my ZX50 direct from the K&N website as well!  Mine was only about $25 shipped though!  The one Wordslinger used should be the right size for your carb.  Just to be sure and possibly find a different cheaper one, they have a full list of measurements on the K&N website under universal filters.  All you need is the outside diameter of your carb, and the clearance length.  You should be able to look up which filters will fit and order them direct.
