Man, wouldn't this be fun!
$500 less than a NOS 2013 Burgman 400.
Crazy.

Consensus is the 500 is a better scoot for ergonomics for a 6 footer or close. Damn shame they design them for the Asian and not white folks in N. America.

Seems like for that price you could throw a few hundred at a seat rebuild and have one of the world's largest touring scooters!

If you notice the 2 scoots in pics the 500 seat is set further back than the 700, allowing for more knee/leg room. Also the 700 has a 2 stepped seat that would be difficult to put the rider further back.

If I could find a NEW 700 my road anywhere close to Vegas ie Nevada, Cal, or Arizona at that price or better, I'd buy it and sell my Burgman 650 in a New York minute.

Doc, OK 2300 miles is a bit much (33 hrs Iron Tush riding), but only 7 hrs 5 mins by plane. Fly out, ride home - across America in the spring time. Sounds nice, yes?
BTW, did Las Vegas have a mud slide last fall? Didn't realize it was clear out by California....has it always been there?
Come back through Ohio on I-70 I'll buy you a coffee.

The extent of my riding desire is 100-200 miles, that's it. While I enjoy a nice ride, I don't crave riding and especially anything involving weather. Same as when I owned my plane, I was a fair weather pilot VFR mostly. I got my IFR rating and only flew IFR to stay current. I did not like flying in weather and I don't ride in weather.
