Title: HEIDENAU tires @ 7000 Km
Post by: Stig / Major Tom on April 29, 2016, 08:50:05 PM
Thought this was interesting....
HEIDENAU tires on a Honda PCX after 7000 km

For unpaved or underwater road surfaces or snow?
Look to be very hard wearing....but not enough tread contact, for me, with all those big grooves.
(reminds me of the old Tiger Paw tire commercials....."grooves that GRIP the road!" Until somebody figured out that slicks actually grip the road better. Grooves are there for water....not grip on paved roads.)

Can only imagine the sound they make going down the road.

"Grips are there for water not for dry road".
Does that mean Agility 125 tires are fine on dry roads?
