If your owner's manual doesn't show you where to look....you will probably have to get on your stomach with a flash light and look over your engine. These numbers are almost always visible from the side, or just under a panel - but usually without removing panels.
On a 9 yr old scoot - you might have to clean an area to find it.
No VIN numbers you can go by?

I did find a spot where it says KEB7. Recall says KEB7-1, not sure what the 1 is ... I will call kymco Monday.

Hi, I have the exact same engine markings, what did they say? I have KEB7 not KEB7-1 and the SH10B

4+ year old post from a guy who hasn't posted in over 2 years. l would not expect a response.

I plan on calling Kymco USA tommorow, I've noticed porous aluminium (holes) near the left side of the left engine mount. Im hoping they will honor the recall still. I mean, I doubt they'd want a ticking super 9 time bomb on the road
