Is it possible that a new stator could be burning out the daylight running head light? But not affecting the bright? Maybe because it's not on as much?
-
check your voltage, the regulator could be putting out high voltage, and burning the light , and try a LED light in it,.
-
Where do you get an LED light?

I got mine from banggood.com, free shipping worldwide. Dx.com is another option, or aliexpress.com. Dirt cheap, so get 2.

Can you provide a direct link? I don't see it on banggood.

This is the direct link. H4.
Note the big bulge at the rear.,so make sure it will fit, plus it's wires, and original connector, in the space available.
It house electronics and a fan.
It needs more space than the original bulb.
It comes with 3 different plates, and I had to drill a hole in the headlamp housing (hidden area) to secure it.
The original waterproof boot won't fit, so you will have to make something up.
I had some Thin rubber sheeting and made a tube, inside it held the wiring from led bulb to original bulb connector, so watch polarity and wire colours, but you can cut off the origin connector if you want, which will save space.
I hope this is your problem, but I would still do some electrical troubleshooting.

I did a quick search for agility 125 and came upon h4 as bulb type, but now I see a possibility of h11 elsewhere, so please check your manual, or Google your bulb with Google pictures.

FYI there's no link there.
I'm looking for a replacement bulb, not interested in installing new circuitry. Thanks though.

I just had the bright burn out after about 5min of constant use.
If the stator was producing too much electricity wouldn't all the lights be burning out?
