Title: Scooter owners

So yesterday I get off work and decide to head home via Coast Highway. About halfway home I pass a guy on a red Vespa and don't think too much of it until he pulls up next to me at the traffic light. He's got a a crate tied down on the back rack open top with a Yorkie in it. The dog has a half helmet with red/white stars on it and is wearing blue framed sunglasses. :)

Sounds like the one I saw once in HB.  No helmet on the dog, though.

He could have made it up that way. He ran along PCH from Corona Del Mar to Newport up to Costa Mesa on Superior.

Mordeth13 rides around on his youtube videos with a dog on his floorboard a lot. I think that's not uncommon in Taiwan, though. Never seen it here in the states, though.

I think it's great to involve your dog in the scooter lifestyle, but none of my four mutts would ever go for riding with me. The golden retriever and golden lab are too big and too old, the Chihuahua/Jack Russel mix would be chasing absolutely everything, and the little Chug would just be shaking in fear.  Maybe someday....

Meet Toby our Morkie, part Yorkie/Maltese. Toby has been with Deb and I on our Goldwing for rides. Thinking about getting him a new bike carrier and taking him on my SW. BTW, guess who else loves popsicles?

I ran into them up in Suches Ga a years or so ago. Amazing .
