hi friends ..
i have agility 125 2007 , it was running fine since last week it started to decrease the speed after warming up and now it does not go more than 35 kmph, it also gives lot of black smoke and backfires on deacceleration...
i gave to workshop he say CDI is good, spark plug is good, he also told get new stator generator , but i m not able to find it in country as i m not sure if it is the issue as i have to order from ebay and will take time to delievery..
so any help from u guys is much appreciated !!

Still running but with black smoke=too rich. Either auto bystarter (electric choke) or stuck slide (open too far) or plugged air filter. Do air filter first: inspect & clean if really dirty. Then auto choke, then slide. Where are you located?

Verify fuel petcock is not defective, and heat-test trigger coil.

karl,
u r right, but i also checked with new filter.... that heat trigger my workshop guy calls it " pick up coil", i bought a stator coil set for CG125 motor cycle and told him to swap only the heat trigger coil and check .. in mean while i also received the CDI box for Agility125 which i ordered b4 a month from aliexpress for 29 $ so i will be going tomorrow to see him fix the coil and the CDI box .... i hope the scoot starts running smoothly... will update the results later...
CDI BOX Pic Attached.. Please also Guide me if this is the proper one??

Check valves and make sure they aren't too tight. They should be set to 0.04" for intake, 0.05" for exhaust. If you run it hard like I do, set both to 0.05". They will tick a little, but the engine will run cooler as it'll be able to breathe better.
Also, sounds like you might need to replace your CVT belt as it may be too thin for service. Clean your variator and clutch and inspect your variator weights for flat spots.
