Title: 2012 super 8 50 4 stroke?

Saw one for sale. Saw on line they did not make them after 2011. Seller says 2012 Super 8 50 cc 4 stroke. Totally stock 55 mph easily.   Could be he is not aware that it could be 150 cc ?   Any thoughts?

Totally stock but with restrictions removed it's hitting 55 kilometers per hour, not mph
