Is a top case available for a 2016 k pipe?

Checked with your Kymco dealer?
Also, google or bing images web search of your bike might show you some bikes wearing these cases...and you might link from there. Asian owners come up with all kinds of add-ons and enjoy posting pix of same.

I think that the problem of installing a top case on the K-Pipe is the lack of a frame member on which to put a rear rack for mounting the case. I would suggest a good quality back-pack or perhaps a small tank bag. You should check local M/C shops for these bags.
