Title: Original Carburetor (2t) no mixture srew!?

My original carburetor of Like 2t has no mixture screw, only a small cap on it.

Is it possible that the screw is below if i remove the cap?

Let us know how much adjustment you get.  When I tried to do the carb on my LIKE 125 there was very little and I was told that this was due to emissions control.
