I haven't had enough time to go fully into the Service Manual, but does anyone have any idea if the handlebars on the 400i can be adjusted? On my old Honda PCX, I could loosen the 4 bolts in the center, and rotate the handlebars back a little to suit my riding position and arm length. Since the Kymco has a full cover over the handlebars, I can't see how easily it could be adjusted.
Does anyone have any comparable experience?

Well, I finally had time to go into the Service Manual, and I'm utterly dismayed...
There are two little holes in the bottom of the tubing of the handlebar itself, where two nibs on the lower mount fit into, to hold the handlebar in only one place.
There is no opportunity or option to adjust these handlebars forward or back at all.
Oh well... Now I'm going to have to fiddle with the mirrors.

Yeah, that kind of stuff gets looked at in the dealer floor "test sit".
When I sat my Forza at the dealer I noted that the grips were very near ny knees. But also noted that the bar could be rotated way up to fix that. After a few more explorations....I bought it.
Rode it home, and my first project was to get out an allen wrench and fix the bar. I rode that scoot with my knees no more than an inch or so from the plastic .....and never an issue. Never.
I can see that panels would limit bar movement though - saw the same thing on my Burgman 400.
