Thats pretty damn good I don't think i'm getting above 60mpg on the s200 right now. (there were mods)
-
..itsa 35 mile round trip to work and back....
..i have to fill every third leg of the trip...
-
Hey, wordslinger, I know you have said that before, but that is a fair hike to work and back. That is one marvellous little machine you got there. With that sort of distance, you certainly would want reliability.

My usual avg. is 57 mpg.
The best I`ve seen is 62 mpg.
The worst is at highway >140 km/h: 42 mpg.
p.s. Agility 125 has avg. around your People 250.

Well, over 55 fill-ups, my average has been 55.9MPG (as you can see in the Fuelly badge), but since my recent repairs, that average has climbed to 62.1MPG.

..yeah sid...i couldn't ask for any better...
;D

Mine has no mods other than 14G sliders, and that's all I get. That seems to be it for the 200.
But it really rides too light to go much faster anyway, the difference at highway speed between te 200 and the SYM HD 200 is astounding - and they have the same wheels and tires!

Well, I'd prefer a few mpg less compared to complete engine overhaul :)

ps250 2009 - been real close to 60 mpg whenever I check - don't check much anymore as I fuel out of gas cans at my shop so I don't have to go all the way to the gas station that has ethanol free gas. I get about 12 gallons and keep it at my shop and fill up there. Bought a siphon hose - works nicely.

Filled up at pump this last weekend and was a shade over 65 mpg.

Where can you buy ethanol-free fuel? Is is special type of station?
-
In Boise, Idaho there are 3 stations that I can still find gas without ethanol. What a boondoggle. Can I blame Bush for this?

If you want ethanol free gas in California, you need to drive to Nevada, Oregon or Arizona
-
Just one of the many reasons I left that state ;)

..thank al gore for all your frikin ethanol...
