I have had both of mine to 80 mph, had some left but backed off.
-
80+ mph. I say + because I backed off the throttle at 80.

Is your belt getting a bit worn there Kat?

Hello :) Belt was changed and rollers changed at about 25,000 km's. I am not at about 26,000, kms'

Yes this sounds about same as mine.
-
I usually drive 150+ km/h on the highway. Limit is 130 and I pass others without problems.
-
I recently rode to Pittsburgh from Philadelphia on mine. My top speed was 85 when I was passing a small convoy of trucks. It felt stressed, but not exactly at its limit.

Yeah that sounds about right, similar to what everyone else is saying. I have achieved about 140 indicated on mine but not on 100% throttle.

Which country has 80mph speed limit?
And you HOLD your 300 Kymco at 93+mph?

At that speed you can't enjoy the Bud Lite cans and Mt Dews along the roadside!
Gotta slow down and take in the wonders....

88mph indicated, and that with 13 gram rollers, tach around 8500 rpm's.

I am a very heavy man, pushing 300lbs (three hundred pounds) my 2011 DT300 has 17k miles on it and I recently went full throttle with newer OEM belt and 14 gram sliders to an indicated 83mph but backed off because, scared lol.
-
My DT200 came in at 127km/h on the meter.

85mph on certain toll roads (Texas)
It's stated from law enforcement the wrecks are not pretty on this section of road

2013 DT. Now just over 25K. 85 mph a few times on interstates. There was some engine vibration, but nothing that was effecting the bike.

Was that indicated MPH, GPS, or other?

When on fully stock, I had 145kmph highest, now with malossi I can do 130kmph easily, 135kmph is a stretch, 140kmph when drafting behind cars.
-
It's really not a good idea to draft cars at 140km/h friend.

Snorvey! Where you been? Have not heard from you for a long time!
My fault! You been active this month and I musta been asleep....

Morning Karl!
Snorvey! Where you been? Have not heard from you for a long time!
That's because I've not had any problems with the DT.....
It does need a bit of a makeover though. The rear shocks need replacing, the engine needs servicing, the plastic is a bit ratttly and there's a worrying squeaking/groaning sound when you apply the front brake and 'bounce' the front forks.
Oh, and the first time you switch from low beam to high beam, the headlights turn off completely for a second or two. Which is quite alarming on a dark country road.
But I'll not bother you with all that just now :-)

:) OK!
