Getting these "nice" but can't start 50 cc scoots sorted is getting to be a real challenge. Photos are getting more challenging as well.
We often don't get much info to go on, as in, "found on roadside, it's a 50cc, green, won't start. Help, please."

A quick google search says the "Yup" was called the "Sting" in the U.S. except maybe for a couple years in the early 0's.

It's another 101 Kymco 50cc. 2T.

You can get the manual off cyclepedia I believe.

Beyond that generic no start...If ya really want help a bit more detail, & what you've already done.
It's probably pretty simple, there's not a lot to this bike.

Tromper 👍🏻. There’s really not a lot to any engine and it seems you have everything to make it run. I’m assuming after all this time that passed you’ve either figured it out or trashed it.

Let us know.....
