Take a look at www.cyclepedia.com (http://www.cyclepedia.com) --- see what they have to offer.
They made the manuals for Kymco USA.

Yes, I looked at them but they charge $50. I know back in 09 someone emailed me a copy of one they had downloaded on their computer that they received free...hoping I could find the same situation.

You might try tradebit.com.  I have no idea how reputable they are but they appear to have a lot of manuals for $ including Kymco.  Cost is in the $20-$30 range.

Yeah, they're not "FREE" as so many want - but, if you're in N. America,  the price is less than half of what 1 hr of labor time is at your local scooter shop.
