Found a great shop for Kymco parts!
Crossroads Motorsports in Lafayette,
They have supplied washers, bolts, and a couple of parts. ( windshield holder and bottom and radiator protection panel).  Two different orders and received all with in a week.
They are friendly, helpful and appreciated my business.
