Tight for sure, was surprised by the amount of scooters parked there but then you realize that's one of the main forms of transportation.   Would definitely hone a new riders skills. With space at a premium it would be nice to have covered storage. I sure wouldn't want to take a Honda gold wing through the hallway.

Much better then parking on the street.

Easy if you have ridden in Asia/Europe.  American 2 wheel skills often lacking.  Practice and tuff lic. testing help.

While the concrete ramp to my new building cured I used a side door to drive my scooters into the building. I had to ride up a 6 inch wide ramp up a incline with a half inch (13mm) on each side of the handle bars.  Hallway would have been easy compared to that. I have rode motorcycles for 54 years so do have a little experience.  Also have rode tight trails on a dirt bike in the mountains where you had a cliff on one side and several hundred feet drop on the other, now that I'm older that would be unnerving now.
