Title: AK550 ST

is the ST coming to the states? I was going to pull the trigger on an AK550 but the ST looks a bit more appealing. thanks in advance

No word on that. Don't think it will since the ST is advertised as a Euro 5 compliant model and in the States that really doesn't matter so much.
Also, the ST is being advertised as a 2022 model and I already have a 2022 model that is same as the 2021 other than color. But then, the ST is also being considered as in addition to the "standard" AK 550 and not a replacement IMO. So time will tell.


I still like mine better.  ;D

I saw something about the ST coming out in mid to late February...Didn't say if it was coming to the states though.

That would be the European announcement.
This ST version has some nice features. But I'm very happy with my current USA version 2022 model. (one reason I don't think we'll see the ST in the States until at least 2023).
