I was able to pick up a 2005 Super 9 LC. I am in the process of getting it to run. It only has like 7800 km on the speedometer. Does anyone still run one of these that is this old? The scooter is in awesome condition and for even a few hundred dollars it would be worth it as far as I'm concerned to get it road worthy. Just wondering if there are any quirks or things I should look out for ?

I'm not familiar with those...is that a 2 stroke or 4? Nothing wrong with a well kept, older scoot. Properly taken care of these things will last a long time.

Of course folks still run them. A buddy has one with 50k on the odometer, mine has 18k. Another friend has 24k.i if you take care of them they'll take care of you. They certainly were built to last. I've been looking for another one to add to my collection.

Super 9 LC is an awesome ride. Like adder.. said, they are extremely reliable and fast without doing anything to them except taking the shoulder off the variator shaft.
