Get Lasik! Then I can ride with nothing in front of my eyes.
I wear glasses.
This morning the mix of temps, humidity, and fog so thick it felt like rain on the face was a bear to deal with.
I had to stop in a school parking lot and get a towel from under the seat to get 4 the surfaces dried off and back to base-line vision!
I went with the very good 60/55W bulb in the Liberty headlight (BTW- 60 is the bright, or is it 55W?...or am I looking at this wrong?)

I got lasik surgery - best medical decision I ever made. Fog not nearly as think here, or maybe it was because I didn’t get up as early as you, but was quite happy for the wipers in my car when out today.

I like wearing glasses, my sight isn't so bad I couldn't get by without correction, my near sightedness is barely enuf that I need them to pass the driving test. a little bit of stigmatism difference in each eye distorts my depth perception, and of course, old age is now affecting my close up reading.
but the biggest reason I like glasses, real safety glass, is eye protection, I cant think of a day, that at one point I wasn't whipped in the face by something.
the only time my glasses fog up is in doctors office when protocol is wearing a covid mask

I was able to pass my driver’s test last month without glasses! Everything else in your post matches my experience 100%

In those conditions Stig even just a visor glazes over with water droplets! Ride at anything more than walking pace with your visor up and your eyes stream so badly it's worse than a fogged over visor! Caught all ways out!

Glasses wearer as well, one thing that I hate is when I am riding and they fog up due to all the moisture in the atmosphere. Too bad they do not have glasses with little windshield wipers on them lol :P

Yep, I've used my index finger any number of times!
