@xwelder welcome here!
Pls see link and diagram/pics

There should be a wiring diagram. Follow colors there and here we go.

Bottom picture is side stand switch connectors. Bet the side stand switch is missing. The plug with green and yellow plugs into the socket with two greens if those are near the side stand. Fix the splices first then plug together.

Needless to say this bike won't start unless another jury rig has been made elsewhere....

First pic looks like the plug for the diagnosis device. Hangs under the small cover at the end of the underseat tray.

First photo is the 3 pin diagnostic connector, it hangs from a clip on the rear of the seat tub.

Second photo is the side stand switch bypass. You can plug them into each other so the bike can run with the side stand down. Here's what it should look like when working.

Here are some aftermarket pads that will fit your 2012 Downtown 300.  https://scooterpartsco.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=120_3522&products_id=690  You can cross reference from the list of what these pads fit.

Maybe this.  https://www.motor-x.com/oem/kymco,downtown-300  Went back and got the right scoot. And in the parts for the front wheel, No piston brake seal shown. But they do list lip seal package. Kymco 90754-LLJ3-E00.

From continent to continent a little bit different
..start with that one for the whole caliper, then rep kit..
