Title: Agility 50 pulser cable, ignition?
Post by: bosticer on June 06, 2023, 10:58:47 PM
I picked up an agility 50 to try and repair recently. Kinda rough shape, so I’m just diagnosing now.
I get no spark yet, so I’m working through that line of stuff.
Any ideas why the cable from the pulser (part of the stator/flywheel apparatus) has a tie-in to the keyed ignition switch? Does it also get 12v from the battery and hence needs to get it at the ignition?

Found out the pulser goes to ground when the key is at the off position.
I didn’t understand what those switch diagrams were on the bottom of the wiring diagram.
Live and learn I guess.
