Need photos of course.
Year?
For instance, "as new with 115 miles" on a 2014 LIKE200I will have issues due to sitting, not ridden.
So year is important....as are photos.
Welcome to the forum!

Brand new battery and fuel pump.
It starts, idles and runs like new.
It has been gone through. I've worked in aerospace for 36 years, raced snowmobiles and worked in a motorcycle repair business.
I have owned over 50 scooters and motorcycles over 50 years.
I'm not new to this

No way of knowing any of this - as you are new to us - and not mentioned in your orig post.
Good to know.
And the "year"?
For those that do not swap emails, photos here would be nice.
What's the "chrome trim"?........do you mean the LX version, which has a few extra chrome bits?
Reason for new fuel pump, these generally last for years?

" An Error Has Occurred " is the message I get when I tried to attach the 3 photos, the four times I've tried.
One pic is the Arizona title. And one each, of the bike and odometer.
So I included my personal email.
The model is a 2014, as for the fuel pump...
It wouldn't charge the injector. No pulse when the key was switched on. As you've wrenched on your own bike, no fuel no spark no compression no run.
I like to repair things. Scooters are pretty straightforward.
Every one I've ever worked on has similarities.
Tons of unsprung. weight on the rear end. For example.
People that can't do maintenance because of the puzzle like bodywork, is another example.
A valve adjustment has bought at least four back from the dead.
Replacement of the main fuse has saved two..
Jump the bike with the cables reversed, and there goes the fuse !
Anyway, I like to fix them as a retirement hobby.
Also Taiwan and China aren't usually in the same league .
Taiwan is better.

Otto, you sound like the sort of guy who should drop by here more often. I’m sure your wealth of knowledge could help us novice wrenchers immensely!
By the way, we all get that error message and posting photos with the size limits here is a PITA, until you get the hang of using a photo hosting site to import them. On Stig’s advice I now use the one he recommended on here. (If I can locate the post I’ll edit this.)
Edit: Should find it here: https://www.kymcoforum.com/index.php?topic=34129.0
Good luck with the sale.
