Title: Certificate of Origin/Certificate of Manufacturer (MCO)?
Post by: mir4short on August 26, 2024, 09:21:00 PM

I live in a state in which the Certificate of Origin or Certificate of Manufacturer is required to register my Kymco Agility 50. I was 'gifted' the Agility from a family member who purchased it pre-owned about three years ago from an individual who never registered it. I swear they provided a Certificate of some sort, but of course, now I cannot locate it. Also, the dealer where the Agility was originally purchased has now permanently closed. I have a bill of sale for the transaction but DMV requires the Certificate...

Where can I purchase or obtain a Certificate of Origin or Manufacturer?

You well have a hard time getting it registered every state is different in Pa it has to be advertised in a newspaper and then go to a special garage then send it to the people in charge and for sure they will screw it up . Or get a beater bike with a title and problem solved !

This response doesn’t answer an ounce of my question and provides zero assistance. But thanks for trying
