Title: kymco xciting 400 vs 2023/4 euro 5

I have purchased a 400vs xciting and with the euro 5 emissions it has a problem with top speed. the exhaust note is terrible when hot, rust starting to form on the frame, dealer and kymco are fobbing me off with standar BS. Anybody have euro5 issues?

Welcome here, could you please tell which country you living in and what trouble your XC is giving you exactely, for in EU  are different standards for emissions, etc.
Muffler: increased noise when hot might be a lose catalyzer, hard to fix but possible
Corrosion: depends very much on first owner and NON rust proofing in a SALTY state.
If uou are really unhappy with your ride try to give it back.
