Title: Checking roads for a winter ride

These three walked past our stopped truck nearly close enough for my daughter to pet!
She's convinced that animals can sense who is a threat, and who isn't.
We saw a lot of deer while taking a leisurely "reconnaissance" drive through one of my favorite scootering areas - the local state park/reservoir.

Too much snow and ice in the shadows for a scooter ride.
