Title: Rear tire vibration-Super 8 150
Post by: amxpress on October 01, 2011, 03:18:48 AM
When I run my 2010 Super 8 150 on the stand, the bike vibrates as though the rear tire is out of balance.
The rim & tire both run true with no runout.
Is there a way of balancing the tires?
Thanks.

There are tons of posts re: that. TBF/Slime/... They all work. Forget the wives tale naysayers as they don't have enough experience to give an educated answer. (IE:batteries on the floor die faster). Scoot tires are run off at faster rates than auto tires, and are not anywhere near the same QC level. Even your rim may carry a balance issue. If you know anyone w/ a harmonic balancer you can have them adapt your rim to their machine, and add stick on weights.

I am experiencing the same issue. My 8 150 is new and vibrates quite a bit. Installed dynabeads but it stills blows...
