Title: looking for new scoot

Man people are crazy.. been looking on craigslist for scoots.You wont beleave how many are out there and they say they dont have a key for it or a registration just a bill of sale. (  Red flag )

We dont have Craigist but we do get those ads here too, usually only has a cell phone number and the guy offers to bring the scoot to you to view it or helpfully offers to meet you half way, that way once you pay up you cant trace him. Jokers, but they must fool some poor folk outta cash.

Here, if your scoot gets stolen, just go to the "for sale" sites... you might see your scoot there. It has happened a lot of times here..
