I'm not very handy, but I was going over my owners manual the other night and it says to check the valve cleanses every so often. How does one go about doing this?

There is a post on here somewhere that said take out the seat tub and remove the "tupperware" plastic forward of the tub to gain access. That gives you plenty of working room. Feeler gages and metric wrenches is about it. You may want to pull the spark plug to make it easier to turn the engine to get the cams to the base circle to check/adjust. Get one of the wrench-heads to show you if you never have done this before OR as someone already said, YOUTUBE!

When I get some time I'll give youtube a shot. I don't have the tool you mentioned so I may just have to have someone do it for me.
