The seat on my Agility 125 seams the push myself forward all the time. Does anyone know of a fix or replacement?

Go down on the rear shock preload (to softer).

This has got to be the weirdest awkwardly shaped seat fix ever.

I sit on the passenger seat (rear portion of the seat - which is FLAT). That works great for me. I typically place my feet on the passenger pegs. I'm about 6'0, so your mileage my vary.

I'm rather good with idiotic solutions like that.
But I had no issues with mine (seat).
I'm 200lbs/5'11", preload where the factory set it, half-way there.

Seat
I had thought about trying to insert some firm foam under the front, downward sloping portion of the seat pad (there is access under the underseat storage), so the seat does not slope down so much in the front 1/3 of the seat. I also heard you can unstaple the seat cushion - make adjustments to the foam/cushion, and then restaple it. Not sure how hard that woudl be to do, or exactly how I would adjust the foam/cushion to make it worth my while.
Preload?
Can we adjust preload? At one point I did notice what seems to be three clicks/options for the rear shock. Is that the preload? And how to you adjust it? Do you you lift up on the seat and then twist, or push down on the seat and then twist. Is adjusting preload a 2 person job? I think stock, mine seems to be at the lowest setting. Will I get less travel or tighter ride if I boost it up to the top rung?
Extender
Also,I was thinking about adding the 1.25 inch spacer to boost my scooter up a little in the back. Has anyone mounted those before?. I have not seen a youtube video on it. Of course, it would make the seat angle down a bit more.
I attached a link to a picture of an extender on a Kymco. This seems like it would not change the performance of the shock at all. http://s1146.photobucket.com/albums/o539/rxrunner/Kymco%20Agility/?action=view&current=Closeupofshockextender.jpg (http://s1146.photobucket.com/albums/o539/rxrunner/Kymco%20Agility/?action=view&current=Closeupofshockextender.jpg)

Extender?
I have done that before on my old bike. No problems or issues whatsoever. Lifted the rear about 1.5 inches. It is usually used for shorter than stock replacement shock absorbers.
-
I had the same issue - I corrected mine be taking off the seat cover by removing all the staples and then cutting some of the foam away to make a more level seating surface. Then simply re-staple the seat cover back on. Problem solved. I probably removed about 1" of foam in the driver seat area and sloped it up gradually to the passenger area which was left untouched. Much better now and I don't notice any missing foam - no more wedgies from the seat!

While we are talking seats, is there any way to open the seat case without a key? I locked mine in yesterday, and had to get a ride for the spare key...
Thanks!

gtoscott1970, Your seat modification sounds like it turned out well! Can you post a picture of your modified seat? And also a picture of the wedge of foam you cut off if you still have it? After 5 months with the Agility, I'm considering any tweaks so I can make my riding position a bit better.
Depending on how the seat turns out (and I figure out exactly how far back on the seat I sit most of the time), I may want to consider if there can be any changes made to the handlebars. Does anyone know if there are any bar risers that are made for the Agility? For example, I've seem some risers for motorcycles bikes that take the handlebars up 33mm, and back 22 mm.
PS: I decided to not add the 1.25 inch shock extenders.

I actually just bought an Agility 125 and the guy had fabbed one himself out of fiberglass and it looked awesome. His wife was riding the scoot and needed a different sized seat, but I wanted the stock one. He ended up keeping it, I guess to sell it on eBay or something. If you're interested, I could probably give you his email address and he can send you the details.

I've changed the upholstery fabric on A125. In the end, it costs me equally as if I a) purchased a new seat from German ebay b) took the scoot to a specialized shop, because I had to buy a professional stapler and initially I have purchased a wrong material (too thin).
The stapler was 35 US$, material 15 US$ and I had to take the material after cutting it to measure to a seamstress who had a machine/needle strong enough to sew this type of material (10 US$).
The process and end result: http://img29.imageshack.us/slideshow/webplayer.php?id=20130601145556.jpg (http://img29.imageshack.us/slideshow/webplayer.php?id=20130601145556.jpg)

I applaud the effort as just looking at the pictures myself makes me sick to the stomach.
I would have bought the new one from ebay and bitched about that experience even if it all
went flawlessly.
What happened to the original?

I probably should have asked HOW it happened, not WHAT happened.
I believe that IMG was in the slide show above too, no?

Well, this seat was "like new" until 35.000 kms...
