Just curious how many miles you have on your Kymco scooters? Also what is the highest amount of miles you know of anyone having?
Thanks

32000 KM/20000 miles. DT300I. 30000 KM on my People s 125.
-
23,500km so far on my Agility 50, many more to come hopefully. Average 100 Miles per week on it.
Wordslingers A50 had near 50,000km on it im sure...
-
Just crossed over 10,000 miles a few weeks ago, a little after my 2 year riding anniversary.

-
27,500 on my agilty 50 just did compresstion check and its well over 125 so im good for a while.
(knock on wood )
-
10,000+ on my 13 month old Super 8 125cc....smooth ;)
-
Pretty impressive mileage on those rides. I'm looking to get a feel for the durability of the engines and machines as a whole because I'm looking to upgrade my ride in early 2013 and was considering the Myroad 700i if it comes to the states.
-
1,200 miles and counting, about 60 miles per week weather dependant. So it will be awhile until I get the kind of numbers posted above.
I am hoping to use the scoot for 9+ months per yr though, snow is the killer.
-
i have summit in the region of 16,000 or summit km's i think ??? havnt checked recently though. still need to do a compression check
if a standard agility 50 is supposed to have over 125 compression....what would a 72cc have (in theory)
-
16644 miles on a 2010 Yager.

I work at a dealership that along with other brands, sells Kymco. Prior to last week, our mileage champ was a lady with 13k miles on a Agility 125.
A guy then came in with a '07 or '08 People 200S with 16k miles on it! It looked rough, but was running fine. Amazing.

Our UK odometers read in KM's Skippy not Miles. Mine has 23,500km's showing on the gauge which is around 15,000 miles i think.
-
My 08 Burg 400 has 24,000 miles on her (US) and shows no signs of it, she runs like a champ.

WOW! I have an 07 PeopleS 200 with a tad over 1000 miles on it.......I will be riding the next 15 years on the scoot at the rate I am going.

My Kymco Agility has abbot 2100 miles on it. Look forward to getting her to 10,000...

It seems anything with more than 30k is an old bike.

300i downtown 2011 in three years I put 47,000 km. on it, tires used , maxies, pirellies diablos, power pures on second set of power pures, on second belt , installed DNA filter, last year,. air horn two years ago, HID low beams two years ago,. lots of power to 80 MPH tops out at 94 MPH, love this scooter,. old retired ,so I have nothing to do but ride,. I call it my mobility scooter,.
-
Bought my 2012 GTI300 home in March of 2013. Absolutely love the scooter, but only have 2800 miles on her. Love riding but age (70 yrs) plus central New York weather limit my miles. My wife refuses to ride and there are no scooter clubs to ride with in this area. I enjoy riding the back roads at 40mph alone, but would ride more if I had someone to go with.
-
Crossed over 39K miles yesterday on my '12 300 GTi. Will hit the big 40 in a couple weeks. Scoot stil runs well but needs some love soon :)

-
Had my Super 8 150 for 4 1/2 months.
2150 miles so far, and still smiling. (Give or take a couple small issues that were easily corrected)
-
5,000+- on my 2013 Xciting 500.
No troubles at all but I did have a flat rear tire from a roofing staple.
Love the scoot!
Sam:)

Have had my S8 150 since May 3rd and have 691 miles on it as of this morning. Love riding that thing! ;D

On my Kymco Agility 125 that I purchased on 12-11-12 I officially have 18116 kilometers which comes out to 11257 miles. Since I was given a car back in December of 2013 I have not used the bike as much I used to. Here in Vegas it is too damn hot during the day to take the bike to work. When temps start going back in to the low to mid nineties I will start using the bike for work. One has to remember here in Vegas low to mid nineties is like the low to mid eighties with the humidity. For us, 108 to 115 is too damn hot. Ask those who live in Phoenix to explain the temp thing to you.
-
The only way to explain the heat thing here in Phoenix is......IT SUCKS!!!! Think riding in a blast furnace cranked up as high as it goes! You can't get comfortable AT ALL no matter where you are or what you do.
Even with the heat I still ride my GT. I have had it about a month now and I have 580 miles on it. Absolutely love that thing!
Ride safe and be cool, mscmkr

That is wonderful about your bike. I know the feeling about riding. Nothing in the world can describe the feeling unless you have experienced it yourself. I feel sorry for those who never rode two wheels other than their bicycles. They do not know what they are missing. Enjoy your new bike and all the adventures that comes with it,
-
Personally I've only put about 400 miles on my '07 Xciting 250 (I just purchased and took delivery of it a few weeks ago). I don't know what the actual mileage is since the dealer put a new dash in it and didn't know the original miles. I would have a LOT more miles on it if we could get some decent riding weather up here for a bit. This year has been horrible for riding up here in Northeast Vermont. And it doesn't help that our riding season is only a few months up here.

It's amazing how true this is. You can't explain to anyone how it feels. I had no idea until I bought my first bike a year ago. It clears my head when I ride. My GT is so much better at this than my Like was. I can ride for an hour and feel so much better.
I'm trying to figure out how to lash my giant mug that I bring to work to my bike so I can ride to work. It's 100 ounces and is huge. Won't fit in anything so I hold it with my feet on the floorboards. Don't like that much so I'm working out how to lash it behind me on the buddy seat. Once I figure this out I'm taking my bike from now on.
Hope everyone enjoys riding as much as I do and ride safe, mscmkr

You could always secure it in a backpack. Don't know if you take it filled or empty, but even if it's filled you can just secure it in the backpack with other items. Or, if your bike has a grocery hook you can use that and the mugs handle (if your bike doesn't have one you can get after market ones...I got an after market one on amazon for my MS3-250 and it works great).
-
I thought about the backpack thing and the hook as well. This mug is enormous!! Think bigger than a fat football. So it won't hang or sit in anything without tipping enough to spill. I stop and fill it up on the way in every night so it has to stand up the rest of the ride. I will come up with something.
Thanks for the suggestion and ride safe, mscmkr

Just passed the 10,000 mile mark on my Grand Vista. I know it's not as much as many of you have, but I've enjoyed putting every one of those on her. We've survived two crashes so I guess we're both pretty tough.
-
Passed 16000km the other day in the b&w300
-

my DT has almost 12,000 miles since I got it this March...
-
Just recently saw an xciting 500 with 32k while out riding and today saw a super 8 with 43k in the parking lot. Impressive I would say.
-
A whopping 210 miles on my new AK550. Loving it more every day.

Today filled 19 000 km on Like 50 4t 2011, 45 kmh moped EU version. New used cylinder on 18 750 km because of the lack of compression due to no oil change/add in 7 000 last km.
Runs fast enough, and now with also variator service done I will use this at least this season/year, and hoping for goos used Honda Vision 50 after this. With EFI starts better than carburator, and low gasoline also ( 2.1 liter/ 100 km)

My both LIKEs 200i, northern Italy,
but I have to admit only a few kilometers on those scoots are done by me. Both came from south of Italy, where there is no salt or gravel used on roads.
-the red one MY 2010, 49.000 kms, bought sept 2020 with 47.000
-the blue LX MY 2013, 44.000 kms, bought just a few weeks ago.
Both have been refurbished by me and running great.
-
Ruffus, the body panels look great on both of your higher mileage scoots! Did you do anything to them to get them looking like that? Most higher mileage scoots (heck, even low mileage scoots) around here usually show a lot of damage from being scratched, bumped, dropped, etc.
Did you do any paint touch up, buffing, polishing, etc.?
Finally, what product do you use on your black plastics? Those floorboards look brand new...not the usual faded gray of most scoots that see the sun.
-
@Iahawk,
both scoots have minor scratches, I'm using cheap AREXXON car polish to do some body buffing. For the greyish-black parts I use fine stainless steelwool to roughen the surface and get rid of scratches, then the whole part gets a warming with a hot air pistol to melt and recolor this tiny fibers again. But needs a light hand and patience.
-
well, from a distance the scoots look flawless! So you're using the 'heat gun' trick on your black plastics? I've heard that can work very well. Do you find it only lasts a certain length of time before the plastics start looking gray , again?
-
..hmmh, I treated former motorcycles and "vintage-youngtimer" car with this heatgun remedy, I might say it lasted always until I gave them away. So, for sure 2-3 years with garage keeping.
