Had the Downtown out for an evening cruise and realized I had the camera in the box so snapped a few shots. Decided to make a thread for folks owning the Downtown/SuperDink/Nikita 300i so we can get them all in one location instead of a bunch of different threads.
Let's see your 300i!
I couldn't decide which of the first two I liked more, clear or soft background, so I've included both:

Beautiful bike! Like the fuzzy background more. Are you happy with it?
My next bike will probably be a Kymco 300. Not sure if it will be a People or a Downtown...
Are you comfortable on highways?
Thanks!
Ken

I've been very happy with it... The semi trucks on the highway blow you around more than on a full size bike but it's not too bad. Since adding the large Givi box and taller windshield the cross-winds catch the bike a lot more also.
The People 300 appears to be a nice bike as well but I liked the looks of the Downtown so went with it instead.
Have a good day,
Brent

Gorgeous bike, bdrannik!!
The DT300i is probably the best compromise midsized Maxi scooter sold in the US.
Perfect blend of engine power and look.
One problem for me though.... It doesn't fit me physically :-(
I cannot stretch my legs due to the lack of space.
That's the whole point of getting a Maxi scooter to me!

Thank you Ludo.
I am still waiting for others to post photos of their Downtown 300 - this thread was made as a photo thread for all DT300's - not just mine...

Those lens on the back of te mirrors . . . Are they turn signals or running lights ?
-
The Downtown has the best looks of all Kymco scoots IMO, I just wish they made a 50cc version of it... ;D
(or perhaps I should move to a country with a less paranoid and less expensive drivers license system... :()

I like the look of your adjusted seat. How much did it cost to have the seat adjusted? Im 6'-1" and I could use a few more inches as well.

Well I know with pictures only small ones can be attached (copied to the site), bigger ones
have to be saved to a "hosting" site like Photobucket then a link to that place is used. I think
you can save video's to Photobucket and link them here but I've never done it....
