Title: Handlebar plastic pieces

Can anyone tell me what type of screw is used to hold the handle bar sections together on the Xciting 250? I have not had any luck getting a screwdirver of any type to do anything and have tried several allen wrenches. No matter how I turn my head I can't seem to see up in the small hole.

I could use some help.

Finally got it. Handlebar risers are now installed.
