Title: front forks

never thought about it but how the hell do i go about changing fork the oil? do i have to take them apart? or pop out the dust seal and fill it up via that i know there is a hex bolt under the forks..is that the drain bolt? damn im at a loss lol

Well you have to take them off the bike then remove the top cap (called lock nut in this picture);

thank you motorandy i did take them off this morning but havnt got a hex of that size do you know what size it is...as i dont want to go buying a bunch of them

I believe it's 17mm I don't have one either so I took the bottom allen out and refilled with the forks
upside down. Still need to get one so I can play with the springs a bit. One of these days...

When holding the shock absorber tube, place a shop towel to protect it and do apply too much force .

Do apply too much force...lol. Sounds like how I work though.
