I'm refering to the speed connection. Just seems like the pages take longer to turn then before. Maybe it's my internet connection.
-
Mine is the same but my pc is old so im kinda happy with it. plus im old too. lol

There is a difference...I am on the latest and greatest fiberoptics.
-

Per WHOIS (http://www.networksolutions.com/whois/results.jsp?domain=kymcoforum.com), this forum is hosted by Bluehost which appears to be having issues (http://www.bluehostforum.com/showthread.php?37094-SLOW-server).
-
It's painfully slow.
-
Ok...Thanks guys for the reply! I thought it was this website as I wasn't having any troubles with other sites. I'm sure it will be fixed sooner or later.
-
I like it this slow.... gives me more time to think....
-
Yes, its moving a little slow. Maybe something is up-grading.
Maybe.

Let's give bluehost some time to pick things up. If it stays slow reply and let me know. We have options but bluehost has been great for the last few years.
BTW, you can always click "Report to moderator" on the right of each post for stuff like this to be sure I know about the issue.
-
Skadamo: Will do.....But not to sound like a complete "cry-baby" It's...getting worse. Pages take FOREVER to turn. I hope it gets better as it's not "fun" being on this website as of late! Sorry brother.
-
No problem. Bluehost should have figured it out by now. I'll contact them and try to get it resolved.
-
Yes i have notice for the last 3 days the kymco forums website is been sluggish at best, is almost like someone is ddos the main server. I would call costumer support and have them run some test.
-
I will most likely be looking to move this site to a new host. It is growing pretty fast.
I believe our options are to...
1) stay on this bluehost account and wait for others on the server to complain enough for sites to get moved
2) move to a new host with more capacity. Possibly a step above basic shared hosting.
Anyone out there have suggestions for a good host? :D I can use you as a reference if I go that route.
Short term I may look to move this site to another basic hosting service but I fear we will see the same issue.
-
Seems to have picked up significantly. Perhaps Bluehost cleaned up their problem(s).
-
TroutBum: You're correct. Seems like it has picked-up a little as of today. Good stuff!
-
Did some digging and found a misconfiguration that was slowing it down. Lesson learned. Thanks for letting me know about the issue guys.
